About Me

I am proud to be a lifelong Southern NJ resident and have an underlying appreciation and perspective of the diverse real estate needs of our clients. As part of Coldwell Banker Preferred in Haddonfield and the DeCencio/McNamara Team, I am dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of those that place their trust and confidence in me. It is of the utmost importance to make sure clients are informed on all aspects of the process and I am easily available with any questions or concerns. I love to build strong relationships with my clients. My feeling is that the best compliment is a referral from a happy client.

My passion for Southern New Jersey is vast. I grew up in rural and evolving Mickleton in Gloucester County and have been residing in charming Haddon Heights since 2000. We enjoy the small town feel and the many benefits of our neighboring communities. My husband and I have been blessed with two wonderful children who keep us on our toes and are everything to us. Rounding out our family are two dogs whom we all adore. In our downtime, we enjoy spending time with family and friends at our beach cottage in Wildwood Crest.

Client based outcomes drive me. I believe this starts with listening to the unique needs of each individual client and effectively delivering on their strategic objectives by capturing a unique combination of  empathy, market based research, professionalism and integrity.  I am confident you will find that these are tried and true skill sets that are relevant in every aspect of the real estate business.

Community involvement is important to me. I have gladly been the chair for the bi-annual book fairs for the Haddon Heights Elementary Schools as well as a member of the Friends of the Library. It has given me great pleasure to volunteer at our church teaching Sunday School and being on the education committee with recently joining Interfaith Caregivers.
